Before Starting Out F.A.Q.
1.) I don’t have one of the food blenders you recommend, can I still do the program?
Absolutely! Your regular blender I’m sure will be just fine. Just go gently with it at first. My hope is that this 7 Day Pure Cleanse inspires your future choices in which case you may want to think about investing in a powerful blender.

2.) What if I can’t get organic?
Organic is certainly best for obvious reasons but sometimes we aren’t able to source this and that’s OK. My advice is to do the best you can. If finances or availability don’t allow for organic produce then get good quality foods and wash them well in something like a veggie-wash.
3.) What if I can’t get all the ingredients?
Again, I just say do the best you can. Make sensible substitutions or simply leave it out! It’s that simple.
4.) Isn’t sugar bad for you? Is eating all this fruit safe?
There’s been a lot of confusing in the media about sugar. The truth is refined—and therefore unnatural—sugar is definitely bad for you. But the sugar in raw, tree-ripened fruit is as nature intended and is not bad for you, at all.
While You’re Working Magic F.A.Q.
1.) How much should I exercise?
No strenuous exercise at all including weights, jogging or hikes. I do totally recommend going for gentle walks in nature if at all possible. In addition to, or instead of walking, you can look at Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga etc. Anything that is gentle and involves stretching.
2.) Why do I have cold and flu-like symptoms?
Depending on your lifestyle before undertaking a program such as this, people very often find that after a couple of days they develop flu-like symptoms. This is completely normal and should not last longer than 48 hours.
3.) Where is the protein, I need my protein!
Protein is the name given to a collection of amino acids. Before your body can use protein, it has to break it down into those amino acids.
Fresh, ripe and raw fruits and vegetables contain amino acids. By eating them you’re cutting out the ‘middle-man’. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need protein, you need amino acids.
After Completing A Pure Cleanse Program F.A.Q.
1.) How do I incorporate the Pure Cleanse program into my life after completing the cleanse?
One of my aims is for you to begin to have a different relationship with food. To look at it differently and be more aware of your perceptions. For me that full and heavy feeling I used to equate to being fulfilled now feels totally different. Rather than feel satisfied, I now loathe that feeling of fullness and lack of energy.
When you finish eating you should be full of energy. After all, we eat food to give us energy right?
2.) How often can I repeat the Cleanse?
I recommend you listen to your body and just aim to take baby steps. Never beat yourself up for going back to your old ways once in a while. Within no time you’ll be eating this way more and more often!
DID YOU KNOW?
It’s not about deprivation, it’s about adding in more of the good stuff and crowding out the bad stuff.
